Terms and Conditions for Medirove

These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you and Simple AI LLC, a Domestic Limited Liability Company (LLC)registered in New Mexico, USA. By accessing or using Medirove, you agree to these Terms.

1. Company information

2. The service

Medirove lets users create family member profiles, upload medical reports, generate AI-assisted summaries, chat about uploaded report content, search report context, download PDF summaries, receive service emails, and share selected reports or summaries by email. Features may change, pause, or stop at any time.

3. No medical advice

Medirove is for organization and preparation only. The app, AI summaries, chats, search results, and PDFs are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support. Always speak with a qualified clinician before making health decisions. For emergencies, contact local emergency services.

4. Accounts and authorization

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You may upload reports and manage family member information only if you have the legal right and authority to do so. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. User content

You retain ownership of reports, notes, chats, and other content you upload or create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, summarize, index, display, search, and export that content to provide the service.

6. AI outputs

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or discussing them with a clinician.

7. Email and report sharing

If you send a report or summary by email, you are responsible for choosing the correct recipient and confirming that you have permission to share the information. Email attachments may contain private health information. We may queue email delivery and retry failed sends, but we do not guarantee delivery to any recipient inbox.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Medirove to violate laws, upload content you are not authorized to use, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, reverse engineer protected features, submit malware, misuse ads, generate deceptive content, or use the service for emergency medical decision-making.

9. Advertising

Medirove may show advertising on public pages and selected dashboard surfaces. Ads are labeled and separated from app actions. You must not click your own ads, ask others to click ads, use automated traffic, or do anything that may create invalid ad activity.

10. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal information, health-related information, cookies, Google Tag Manager, analytics, and advertising.

11. Intellectual property

The Medirove software, design, branding, templates, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.

12. Third-party services

Medirove may depend on third-party services such as social login providers, hosting providers, AI/model providers, Google Tag Manager, Google AdSense, analytics tools, email delivery providers, payment providers, and other infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, used the service unlawfully, or caused harm to the service, users, advertisers, or third parties.

14. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free outputs, medical accuracy, ad availability, or that the service will meet your needs.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Simple AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, medical outcomes, or unauthorized access, even if we were advised of the possibility.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Simple AI LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Medirove after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
